Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LaunchKit (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• upload malware, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to share;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, security checks or payment, or to access other users' data;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of files and data you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the Service to you. You can delete your files at any time from your dashboard.

4. Subscriptions and credits

• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Credits are used up when you run actions in the Service. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Prices may change. We will tell you before a price change affects your subscription.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may act as the merchant of record and handle sales tax and VAT.

5. Refunds

If something went wrong with a purchase, email support@stockaveragecalculators.com within 14 days. Refunded credit packs remove the credits from your balance. Where local consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights apply.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. We will give reasonable notice before shutting down the Service.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will notify you by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.
